As Part of my work as a freelancer I have worked directly for clients and in a Digital Agency environment. I have worked for corporate brands and smaller individual clients. Here is a selection of the more recent work.
This animation is selected from a series of infographical animations produced for Wella Proffessional. The animations were used on the Web to train proffessional hairdressers how each of their products should be applied.
[I was responsible for working with the Art director, illustrator and the client to storyboard the process from notes, videos and meetings. When each storyboard was signed off I then staged the animations in flash]
Another example of the animations which I produced for Wella GEP. Toward the end of the project I was also responsible for training new members of the design team how to produce a coherent feel and flow. The project lasted for 4months+ it was delivered on time for both formats web and application.
The animations were also used within a custom built application using Adobe Air (similar to Powerpoint, but better). These info-graphics are used to teach students in Seminar presentations on large screens; thus the importance of vector graphics. The application allows a user to edit the content to suit individual markets / languages.
This is a screenshot from the previous Puma fragrances website. I designed new side banners in flash and edited the existing banners, while working for Twentysix Leeds in the Summer of 2008. The website dynamically loaded content depending on geographic language.
Boutique Hotel - Sibu Island Cabanas :: Malaysia
On a small island in Malaysia not far from Singapore there is a small island called Sibu. The company needed to improve its organic search engine performance. The project was based in Joomla x1.5 CMS as to be easily updatable by the company and easier to build an SEO site. Following the rebuild the PR went from 0 to 3 over a period of 4 months, reducing the bounce to under 20% and the search engine impressions by 4000%.
